Decide if yours is the only leaflet to be delivered

The price for delivery is fixed at £66 per 1,000 households. This is competitive for SOLUS leaflet delivery. However, you can choose to share the delivery and the cost with one or two more businesses.

You really do get to choose if you want to pay £22, £33 or £66 for every 1,000 leaflets delivered.

To share the delivery and the cost, you will need to find other businesses with whom to do this. To be able to offer these low prices, I will not be able to help you find other businesses to share the delivery / cost.

Unfortunately, 3 leaflets per household is my limit.

Once you have decided, send your contact details via the Contact Me link and I will get in touch to discuss your requirement, to understand detail like;

  • How many leaflets you have for distribution
  • Whether yours is the only leaflet to be delivered or if it is to be delivered with one or two more
  • Where you would like the leaflets delivering
  • By when you would like them delivering

We can also agree future collection arrangements – collection of leaflets from a single location within your delivery area is included within the fixed price.

If there are multiple collection points and / or if collection is to be from outside of the delivery area, I may need to charge an additional amount of £0.75 per mile. The calculation of any additional cost will be based on the distance travelled beyond the delivery area or a single collection point.

I will send you an invoice

I will send you an invoice to confirm your door drop requirements. This will confirm payment terms and any other conditions applicable to the service agreed.

You pay the invoice

Once paid, I will collect the leaflets and they will be delivered as agreed.

Please ensure that the correct number of leaflets are provided. The total number received will be counted prior to their delivery. If different to what has been agreed, I will contact you.

If the number of leaflets that you give to me exceeds the number that we agreed for delivery, they can be returned but this will incur an additional charge of £0.75 per mile. The calculation of any additional cost will be based on the distance travelled from a Colchester CO2 district base to the delivery location. Your collection of these leaflets will not be possible.

I will let you know when the leaflets have been delivered

I will e mail you to confirm that the delivery has been completed.

I will create a GPS tracking record of the route that I have followed. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your leaflet distribution, this is stored for 30 days and so is available for discussion.
